• All orders are processed within 24 HOURS of receiving your order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

• You will receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order. If it does not appear within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

• Due to high demand, certain items may become unavailable even after your order is placed. If this happens, a refund will be issued either to your original payment method or by check sent to the billing address. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

• All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled by NU at any time. • Once processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• Please note that shipping may be delayed during special releases, peak seasons, or major holidays.

For orders within India, nu offers complimentary standard shipping with a delivery timeline of 3–5 business days.

• LOST PACKAGES:

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, nu is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. all risks are assumed by the courier.
